We create video recordings of many of our meetings for the benefit of our members and guests. These are hosted on YouTube as unlisted videos. Links to these videos are provided to club members and approved guests on request. We make an announcement at the start of the meeting whenever recordings are being made. If you do not wish to be included in the recording, please advise us at the start of the meeting.
All members of the club must pay regular membership due. Information that you provide to us about your membership dues will be used by our committee to check the status of payments.
We retain the information that you provided to us as a club guest, including any appearances in video recordings.
